The only positive aspect of my weekend hotel experience was the nice welcome from the staff; they greeted me with a friendly smile. the hotel was situated near some great tourist attractions which made it easy for me to explore the city. Lastly, the hotel had an excellent shower head which offered a great water pressure.

The negative aspects of my hotel experience outweigh the positives. To start, my room wasn't ready upon arrival and I had to wait for it to be cleaned.

The hotel's location is conveniently close to other properties, yet it fails to deliver basic hospitality. the dingy, windowless rooms of the nearby suggested property were far from the expectation. the hotel lacked room hygiene and service excellence, which made my stay regrettable. Breakfast was not served, and there was no view available for relaxation. the only positive note is that the hotel had functioning facilities.

Room cleaning was a big problem; the staff couldn't manage to keep the rooms tidy.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were also impressive - from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing spa. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, and I could easily access transportation to explore this city. Lastly, the breakfast options were fantastic and always delicious.

Everything was spot on, and I can't think of anything negative to say about my stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very close to various key locations in the city. the room was very spacious and had a nice view of the surrounding area.

On arrival, I was informed that the room was not available and was asked to wait for a cleaning crew to come and clean the room. After waiting for several minutes, I was then told that the room would not be available until the evening.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food.

Nothing to dislike.
